Grow your services
Offer certified translation to your own clients.
Your clients often need documents translated: a birth or marriage certificate for a visa, a degree for a job, a contract for a deal. With a plan, you can add certified Greek, Albanian and French translation to your services, at the price you set.
- Set your own price. You pay your plan's member rate per page and decide what to charge your clients.
- Keep the client relationship. Documents come in through your private link, and the certified PDF comes back to you to pass on.
- No extra staff or software. One link for your whole team, and every order in one place.
- Ready for the office. Every translation carries our signed certificate of accuracy, the format the Home Office, UKVI and USCIS ask for.
The certificate always names Lexiveris Translations and the translator, which is what makes it valid, so it can't be altered or presented as your own translation. If you're regulated, for example by the SRA, you remain responsible for how you price and explain the service to your clients.

Questions
Business plans, explained.
What counts as a page?
One side of an A4 or US Letter document. Civil certificates, ID and academic documents count as 1 page each. Legal, financial and business documents (contracts, court papers, bank statements, company documents, up to about 300 words a page) count as 1.5 pages, because they take longer.
What happens to pages we don't use?
They carry over for 90 days from the month they were added. Pages that would expire soonest are used first.
What if we need more pages in a month?
Buy extra pages from your account at your member rate (your monthly price divided by your plan's pages), or email us to move to a bigger plan.
How fast is delivery?
The same as our standard service: usually 2–3 UK working days. The Professional and Firm plans include express upgrades (delivery within 24 hours) every month.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. Your plan stops renewing at the end of the month you've paid for, and pages you've already paid for stay usable until they expire. Founding prices end if you cancel.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Pay 12 months upfront and save 30% on the standard monthly price. Your plan's pages are still added each month, on the same date, and each month's pages last 90 days. The yearly payment is non-refundable. It renews each year unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we email you about 30 days before. Founding prices are for monthly plans and can't be combined with the yearly discount.
Can we offer your translations to our own clients?
Yes. Many firms add certified translation to their services: you send your clients' documents through your private link, we deliver the certified PDF to you, and you decide what to charge your clients. The certificate of accuracy always names Lexiveris Translations and the translator, because that is what makes it acceptable to the Home Office, UKVI or USCIS, so it can't be altered or presented as your own translation.
How does billing work?
Stripe charges your card monthly in pounds or US dollars and emails a receipt. You can download invoices and update your card from your account.
How do you handle our clients' personal data?
We act as your data processor under UK GDPR. Our data processing terms are in section 21 of our Terms of Service. Files are encrypted in storage, seen only by the translator assigned, and deleted automatically after 60 days.
Who can subscribe?
Businesses and professionals only, such as law firms, relocation and recruitment agencies, employers, universities and accountants. For a single personal document, use our normal order form.
