Do you pay commission?
No. Instead of paying partners, we give your clients the discount: £10 off (or $12 off) their first order. It keeps things simple and transparent for you and your clients, including if you work in a regulated profession.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. There's nothing to sign and no minimum number of referrals. You can stop sharing your link at any time.
Will you contact my clients?
Only about the order they place with us. We never use your clients' details for marketing unless they ask us to, and we don't share them with anyone except as our Privacy Notice explains.
Can I see how many clients used my link?
Yes. Email us at any time and we'll tell you how many orders used your partner link. We don't share your clients' documents or personal details with you unless they ask us to.
What about our firm's own documents?
If your organisation needs translations regularly, our business plans give you a monthly page allowance and a private link to send documents.
